White Rock Recreational Area has both some challenging trails and lots of different terrain for mountain biking. Built on a former gypsum mine, you can definitely expect to see some white rocks on and around the trails!

White Rock is well known for its Blue and Black Trails but there are lots of sweet Green trails with more and more being built for beginner riders. Start Me Up to Meadow to Half-pint and then to Whoops is the most popular Green trail loop. Mix that up with Dynamite and you’ve got quite a rad ride. Many of these Green trails are multi purpose or shared trails so there’s lots to explore.

For the Intermediate rider looking for more challenging riding terrain, White Rock is sure not to disappoint. With 16 Blue trails spread throughout the park and counting, White Rock offers flow trails, challenging climbing trails, and some super rad old school east coast trails.

At White Rock, even the Expert rider will be kept on their toes. Porcupine and Stout are not only amongst the fan favourites, but are two of the longer and challenging trails. Want more of a challenge? Ride the double Black DH trail and we’ll talk!
